The KYC service will be impacted by scheduled maintenance from one of our data source providers. Please find details below:

* Estimated finish time: Saturday, 27th May 2023, 00:00 Sydney Australia time.
* Estimated Duration: 1 hour
* Customer outage is expected? No. Error elevation while running Primary ID Document (Passport) checks possible.
* Affected Region and Data source: Australia and KYC - Primary ID Document (Passport)

During this time please note you may receive intermittent errors during the 1 hour outage window. However this will not impact on the wider FrankieOne service, and your existing alternative sources will be unaffected.
