We are currently experiencing an unscheduled outage affecting Visa verification services in the Production environment.

Impact:
During this period, customers may encounter errors when attempting Visa document verification. Requests may intermittently return a response status code “S” while the issue persists.

Root Cause:
This issue has been identified as originating from an upstream verification service provider.
